Room you get is not pictured... Have to pay extra $10 euro a night to get a room where your bag doesn't hit the door. Breakfast NOT included when booking through Priceline and is an extra $15 euro per person/ per day.
Noisy because it is right next to a school.

The staff is awesome, Benito is a great person. They have all the answers of all your questions about Florence.
Breakfast were not included. According to the staff booking by priceline the hotel will not provide breakfast.
Staff really good, location about 15 min walk from the center of the city, rooms are OK, also bathroom well equipped, breakfast was good, fruits, juices, breads, cereals, eggs, but I paid for it 9 Euros. Next time make sure breakfast are included.

Rooms were not what I would expect for a 4-star hotel
The main areas of the hotel and the entrance are really beautiful. The staff was great and very friendly, and the general location was really convenient to the sights of Florence. We also really appreciated the free wi-fi. I would rate this as more of a 3-star hotel than a 4-star hotel based on the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, however.

Nothing is good! I have made many bookings with Priceline but this hotel was a very disappointed
There was no hot water to take shower and the staff said that they had some problems!

No bar or restaurant that was open, internet did not work, TV from the 80's.
Hotel was OK for a 2.5 or 3 star. NOT anywhere near four/five star hotel.

Good location, close to bus stations and other transport.
Very loud, noise from street from early in the morning.
Hotel was OK as expected from NH. Room was a bit sparse equipped. Windows to street had no noise reducing at all. Every sound from street came unfiltered in my room. From the morning on, there was no sleep. One day there was some kind of loading/unloading with very loud noise.
