The location was convenient to a lot of the sites and the subway.
Very unhelpful staff.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. After contacting them in advance to let them know we were traveling with an infant, they still failed to have a room ready for us upon arrival. When we had them do our laundry they were a day late in returning it (causing us to lose time in our vacation). Our clothes were still wet and not all of them were clean (not to mention the extremely high charges). The staff was not as helpful or understanding as they could have been. The buffet breakfast was way over priced and not very good. Overall, we had an awful experience at the NH Belagua, and will not be staying at NH hotels in the future. ...read more

Close to public transport.
Wi-Fi in lobby limited to 30 minutes.

Neighborhood hotel. Street noise as expected from this type of hotel. Shutters at night would help.

Hotel had turned off the A/C and it was hot. Had to open window and the street noise was loud. Room was small.

Hotel had turned off A/C. It was hot and uncomfortable. Loud street noise between midnight and five AM. Would not rate this hotel as a three star.
