Family Traveling with Young Children
We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect. Although we did not have internet in the room, the business was convenient and the internet worked well. Overall, the hotel was clean and the service was good. However, not overly friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a reasonably priced, well managed 3.5-star hotel. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were pleasantly larger than expected for such a good location in London's west end, whether the room had double beds or a true king-sized one. There was a decent workout room, and a very nice lobby and common area with free WiFi and generous Happy Hour drink prices. The neighborhood is safe, upscale and fairly clean, and convenient to transportation and activities. ...

Hotel location was convenient and appeared safe. My room was comfortable and clean.

Senior Travelers
Hotel had poor room maid service. Towels were not replaced sometimes and front desk had to be called. Sink in bathroom became plugged and it took two days and several calls to have the problem fixed. Internet service was poor.
