It was very nice and clean and modern. Lovely.
Many of the hotel reception staff are not all that great with speaking English. But that seems to be the norm in London.

Convenient location, accessible transport.
No wifi in room. Wifi in lobby weak and only good for 30 minutes.

There are better hotels nearby.

Great location, king-size bed.
Air conditioner and mini fridge did not work.

Probably a good value for the money. Had the air conditioner worked (complained about it every day for six days and nothing was done) and the mini fridge worked (complained for two days before it was swapped out), we would have given the hotel an excellent review. The free wi-fi in the lobby was nice.

Close to the subway line from Heathrow Airport and free WiFi in the lobby. We had a nice view of the garden.
Stairs at entry were very difficult with luggage (in the rain), and we were given twin beds.

This hotel is conveniently located, and provided free WiFi in the lobby. It has a gorgeous back garden that guests can sit in.

Very Good Area to visit London, next Tube nearby.

Our Godfather Child forget her Nintendo in the Room, but the Hotel give no Feedback after 3 Mails.
