Staff was very accommodating. Initiates solutions to problems big or small. Staff are warm & friendly.
Size of elevator. Smoke from cigarette smokers below that seep through the patio doors in the balcony.

This hotel is simple and yet the staff are very nice and very helpful. The area is quiet and the building is very clean inside and outside.

Small room, only 1 chair and small stool, very noisy at night, no soundproofing between rooms, doors automatically slam with a loud noise.

Poor soundproofing - you hear your neighbors snoring at night and their conversations, TV, etc. When neighbors get back late at night such as 2 - 3 am you hear every sound. Only 1 chair and small stool in a very small room.

It has modern furniture.
It has a very small lobby and elevators.

The bathroom is pretty spacious for Europe. The room is comfortable and the amenities are nice.
