Nh Nice

This is a 2.5 or on a good day a three star hotel - it is not even close to four stars. The hotel is old and over the hill. Management was not responsive to guest

Nice design. Convenient location. No noise.

I cannot give more than one star regarding cleanliness of the room and its furniture.

The rooms are very good and comfortable, location is great, but the staff is horrible! One of the worst services and hotel people I experienced all over the world. Bad service started in the check in. We asked for a king size bed and the clerk said we had it. When arrived in the room, it was 2 twins. I called the reception, asked to move to a king size bed room and the lady said the hotel was full and nothing could be done that night. My wife called again, talked to another person and they gave us another room in with king size bed. The lady I talked clearly lied and was not interested in solving the issue. Then I tried to get ice. There was no ice machine in the hotel and kitchen closed at 10 pm. So, no ice if kitchen is not open. Bad! ...read more

Decent modern hotel, if you get the right price for it. Not good location, but at least there is a tram right next to it.

Contemporary decor and ambiance in typical American-style chain hotel. Not bad, because you get most comforts that come with that label, but if you are seeking the Mediterranean charme... not so much. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they go out off their way to help (and speak English!), but the hotel is somewhat out of the way (you need to take a tram to the old town and the beaches - which does go every 5 minutes and is, indeed inexpensive, but still). ...read more

In walking distance to the tramway station and old town. Friendly staff and free Internet access in the lobby.

We were very disappointed in the location for a 4-star hotel. We had been on the road for 3 weeks and have for most of our travel. Never have we had such a terrible experience. The location was not safe for people to walk around except mid day. We paid 23 euro to park, had to walk about a block, use a ticket, try to find two special door with security codes and not assistance in any way with luggage. My girlfriend and I are in our 60's and there was not help in anyway. Windy was the only person that went out of her way and we told her that we appreciated her. I feel that the rating is way over rated. The other 4-star hotels in Nice were in better location and probably service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ...read more
