Restaurant staff was lovely
Although the lobby and restaurant were nice to look at, and they had a cute little gift shop, the halls to the rooms were practically dismal, colorless (grey carpet, stark white chalky walls) with no adornment whatsoever. Took down the 4* expectation.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Would not rate this hotel as a four star however. Free internet in lobby was very weak. Only other restaurant besides the hotel's was a McDonalds.
No other dining options nearby. Would not rate as a four star..maybe 3 or 3 1/2

Very close to the airport, convenient shuttle, spacious and comfortable room.
The free wifi is a bit slow, but for may purposes (one night stay on a long layover) it was sufficient.
I was only in Amsterdam for 17.5 hours and just wanted a warm, soft place to lay my head, and this MORE than met my needs. I do wish breakfast had been included in the price, but that's a minor quibble given how short my stay was. I like that they had no smoking rooms, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant.

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were nice. Despite the fact that we could watch the planes land and take off from the very close airport the rooms were very quiet, never heard a thing. Very convenient for last night in Amsterdam.
Not a non-smoking hotel, although our rooms did not smell of smoke a lot of the common areas did.
Convenient to airport, quiet, clean, friendly staff. We would stay there again.

It was a quick shuttle ride to and from the airport, and we were given a sizable room that easily fit the two baby cots we asked for. The bathroom was large, clean, and modern. The bed was comfortable with duvets, and the room was cozy on the whole.
The pool, while clean and modern looking, is also small. We were charged 5 euro per person for the shuttle ride to the airport, including our four year old daughter. We waited a long time upon arrival to be greeted and helped.
If you are looking for a decent hotel near Schiphol airport, this is a good one.

In room internet cost more. Also shuttle from airport to hotel was free. On way back you needed a voucher which some customers where conveniently not given meaning a 5 dollar surcharge
Good rooms close to airport. Great for the right price.

Staff was very helpful, they got us a roll-in bed.
It's pretty far from downtown but close to the airport. It cost about 50-60 euros to get to the city.
