Hotel Guest Reviews of the Night Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

This hotel has a spectular location - steps away from Time Square and the theatre
Way too dark - even the light bulbs were dim.

Great for location - comfortable bed. As long as you don't want to spend any amount of time in your room it's fine.

The location was great. Just off of Time Square so we could walk to our theater and back and not have to worry about trying to taxi or take the subway after the show.
We didn't end up getting to stay at The Night because our room got flooded by some pretty heavy rain that day. They were very accomodating and got us a room in one of the sister properties that was very close by though.

I don't know about the actual Night Hotel, but the Night at Time Square (where we ended up staying after our room was flooded) had TINY rooms. If the two hotels are similar don't plan to be able to fit any more than two people in the queen room. With two of us and luggage there wasn't really any floor space left to try and have someone sleep on the floor.

Excellent location about a 2 minute walk to Times Square on a quieter cross street.
I don't like being charged extra for the Wifi. It was $10 per 24 hours.

The decor is very contemporary and slightly edgy. We would definitely stay there again for a romantic weekend of Broadway shows and get away. I'm not sure that families would find it as suitable.

The beds was very comfortable and the location was excellent
The lighting in the room was horrible. Could not read in bed and forget putting on Makeup. The fact that they charged a $50 fee every day just in case you took something from the mini bar or heaven forbid put something in it for yourself was insulting. Ev

Due to location and lighting issues, this would be a great hotel for men. It gives off a bit of a romantic aura but if the lady wants to wear makeup she will need her own makeup lights. What got to me most was the lack of trust in their guests from the onset.Charging fees just in case they used the mini bar. Not offering any wiFi areas in the Hotel unless you use their computer. Outrageous. They need a customer experience over haul. ...read more

Elevator was having problems during our stay so we had to walk up a few times

Great hotel, but there is a building going up across the street so there is construction noise during the day.

We loved the location and the decor of the entire hotel. The entire staff was wonderful and helpful.
It was a little small, but it's what you should expect from NYC, especially for the price we got.

I am going to recommend this place to friends and hope to someday return to this hotel.

This hotel is located in an excellent location for the theater.
unfortunately there is a major construction project going on across the street, and they worked all night so we heard jack hammers and trucks all night.

The staff at this hotel was super friendly and helpful.
The room was very small including the bed. I was there just with my mother but if I took also my child as we planned initially, we could not fit there.

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown. Very friendly staff, clean and interesting design. Very small room with a very small bed so do not plan to bring a kid with you.

Chic hotel in an incredible location

The Night hotel is a small boutique hotel half a block off Times Square. Despite its proximity it was very quiet and the rooms were clean and tastefully decorated in black and white. The bed was comfortable and there was turn-down service. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful place to stay in NYC.

Hotel staff was very helpful.
Wireless Internet access was poor.

Interesting place. Room was VERY small. Glad this was not a business trip because there was no room to work and wireless Internet access was terrible. Would be a good place if traveling with my wife and only needed a place to shower, sleep and keep my stuff.
