Nine-O-Five Royal Hotel

We loved this hotel! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 2nd floor with a balcony. I loved the room and the old feel it had with the 4 poster bed and other furniture. The balcony was amazing for early morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. I will return to this hotel for future visits to New Orleans.

Would never stay there again. Absolutely nothing going for it except it's location. It is old, the floors are uneven, it is extremely overpriced, the staff seemed to go out of their way to not help us when we had questions or concerns.

Neat looking outside. But the room we initially had was in poor condition to say the least. My wife could not stay in the room more than a minute so we upgraded to a suite (double the price). The staff was understanding, polite and happy to take our money. No shampoo was provided, and the room felt unkept and dirty. We would not recommend this place for the price.
