Location is great and the rooms were very nice- spacious and updated.
Advertising of special rates- I was unable to change even though I qualified.
The hotel has a very upscale feel without being stuffy, and the staff is very friendly and willing to help- both with things in the hotel as well as dinner reservations, directions, etc. Rooms are modern and updated but comfortable.
