Hotel Guest Reviews of the Nine Zero, A Kimpton Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location of the hotel and it's design quality are its best assets. The staff was very accommodating of an unusual request.
The room was inordinately small, and the bathroom had no tub.

Location perfect. Staff very helpful. Room nice
View was a brick wall. Toilet kept running even after maintenance came to "Fix" it. Air conditioning not working, room was very uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed this hotel, location is fantastic!
There wasn't a coffee maker in the room but you can ask for one, I just didn't have time.

Excellent location.10 minutes walk to Aquarium,Quincy market and right across from Boston common.
Parking $42 per night but it was worth it...

Parking is $42 and Wireless internet is not free its $10 per day and other than that this Hotel is just great...so bid accordingly..

The staff was amazing!!! Super comfortable beds, location was right on the Freedom Trail and quiet at night!

Location right on Freedom Trail. It was super quiet at night, which is very important in the city. Comfortable beds!

We loved the location. The staff including the valets were efficient, helpful and pleasant.
Our queen size bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. It seemed lumpy to me.Otherwise the room was great.

Thought the location was perfect. We walked to theatres and restaurants. We did not eat there as we had friends staying elsewhere and we ate with them. We would definitely stay there again.

Gracious, helpful staff. Wonderful location near Boston Common. Happy hour for guests
It would be nice to have coffee making facilities in room. However, I went down to dining room before it opened and was graciously given free coffee

This hotel was in a wonderful location. A few minute to Boston Common, Beacon Hill. The room was small, but very comfortable. 100% of the staff were friendly, helpful - and seemed to like what they were doing.

Clean, modern, smelled great.
Room was small compared to other experiences in Boston at the same pricepoint.

Clean, very nicely decorated hotel in a great location. The room was small compared to other experiences in Boston at the same pricepoint, including the bathroom. And not unique to this hotel, the overnight parking rate is crazy - $45.
