Clean, modern, intimate with nice amenities.
Lacked English speaking TV/Radio -- only 1 sports channel.
The hotel staff was so accommodating in every respect with phone calls, e-mails, printing, etc. and checking to see how we were doing. When we returned to the hotel from our Mediterranean cruise, they made us feel like we were returning home. Have never had such personal attention in even the most upscale hotels we've ever stayed. What could have been a disaster turned out to be a great trip which was in no small way due to their assistance.
