European style hotel provided clean rooms with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Continental breakfast was excellent.

This is a great hotel for a business traveler. It's in a great location with access to great restaurants and transportation options. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful which was a big plus. The room bathrooms weren't the cleanest but weren't horrible--they just could be better.

The hotel is beautiful but I was told sound proof and it wasn't. As I was trying to sleep I heard door being slammed and alarms. The room was too bright at night.

This hotel is a great concept and often has good rates, but its location across from the jail and the amount of noise that carries from the street to the lower-level rooms somewhat overshadows the quality of the actual facility and staff. Free breakfast and the fastest hotel wifi I've experienced are definite pluses, but the lack of a good night's sleep might not make it worthwhile. ...

Solo Traveler
The hotel was nice, the rooms attractive, amenities moderate, and housekeeping on the surface was clean, however, there was hair (not mine) on the floor which was not swept for two days and very dusty at the base of the bed.
