The beds in the room were very comfortable. Slept very well both nights.
I did not like that there was not a comfortable chair or sofa to sit in while watching the tv. Television was to far away from the bed for the remote to work.

Very up to date property, great decor, excellent food and bar service although room service would be nice.

THE FREE INTERNET WAS THE BEST THING IN THIS HOTEL. NOTHING ELSE
YES THE A/C DID NOT WORK RIGHT IN ROOM. FRONTDEST KEEP YOU WAITING FOREVER, AND IT WAS NOT CLEAN. ALSO THIS IS NOT A FAMILY HOTEL, IT IS A PARTY HOTEL WITH LOUD MUSIC AND PEOPLE PARTYING EVERYWHERE. THE SHOWER IN THE BATHROOM LEAK WATER ALL OVER FLOOR

THIS HOTEL IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. SHOWER IN RESTROOM LEAK WATER ON TO THE FLOOR AND AND MADE THE CONCRETE FLOOR SLIPPY. A/C DID NOT WORK RIGHT IN ROOM, NVER COOL OFF. ASK FRONT DESK FOR EXTRA PILLOW SAID HE COULD NOT HELP ONLY HAD ONE PERSON WORKING THERE. WHEN CHECKING IN MADE US WAIT FOREVER. HAD ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE. FRONT DESK AREA WAS DIRTY. IN OUR ROOM CELLINGS WERE 12 FOOT HIGH AND THERE WAS FINGER PRINTS ON THE LIGHT FIXTERS HANGING FROM THERE. HOW THEY GOT THERE HAVE NO CLUE. BUT WAS NOT CLEAN. THIS WAS A HOTEL FOR SINGLE PEOPLE WHO WONT TO PARTY, NO SLEEP. HAD A LOUD BAR, AND PEOPLE WERE GOING IN AND OUT OF ROOMS PARTYING. THE POOL HAD TRASH AND A DIAPER FLOATING IN IT. It was very different from all the chain hotels. Very modern, I loved it and will stay again when I visit the area
Loved it only thing I missed would be a big soaking tub!

Great hotel and very nice location, close to resturants. Staff could have been alittle more on the ball,seemed it took awhile to check in. Rooms were clean and beds were very very cosy. We had a few things missing like coffee cups and some toliteries but called and they were brought right up. Very nice stay!

Best beds I have enjoyed, very green w regard to motion activated lights. Professional staff, close to airport.
Handicap shower left water on the floor, I am not handicapped. The bar manager was a grouch.

This was my 3rd trip to NYLO and would highly recommend it.

The overall style and experience was a good one.
The guy at check in was rude. He handed us our cards and disappeared an ignored us when we had questions. Just gave us the cards and walked off. Bad form!

The rooms are amazing. Very well decorated. Loved the overall atmoshere of this hotel.
Could have used a mini bar or a mini fridge in the room.
