Hotel Guest Reviews of the Oak Tree Inn Yermo
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.August 21, 2011

The motel was very clean and quiet although it was near I-15. There was no noise in our room. The room was totally black, no light around the door or through the peep-hole. A restful experience. I would recommend this establishment to all my friends and family.

This was a decent hotel, great for a weekend visit. We stayed for 10 days while we waited to get a house on Ft. Irwin and the rooms were a bit small for that long of a stay with 2 kids. Also not very well soundproofed, we've stayed in a lot of hotels with our kids and never, ever had a noise complaint until we stayed here. The pool was small but clean and Penny's Diner was great. Now that we live in the area we will continue to dine there. ...

This was an awful place to stay. Our room was literally so close to the freeway that had there not been a hotel there, I wouldn't let my children stand that close to the freeway. Check in staff was unfriendly and put out that we had arrived and the check out person cared about our stay about as much as she cared about old boxes of macaroni.

The location of this hotel was good and was the diner next door. The bed and bedding was very old. We did not sleep comfortably.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was just a quick rest stop for us we did not want to stay in yucky Barstow. Hotel felt safer with indoor access to rooms.
