I liked the cleanliness - I liked the hot tub size - I liked the coffee and the breakfast being available.

Noises throughout the night - Breakfast was minimal - Parking spaces ridiculously small.

I would stay here again. Although, not having a view of the ocean does sort of take away from being so close to the ocean. Especially when other places to choose from have that.

Clean, has a mini fridge and a microwave. Plus cable and a nice flat screen. Very clean too.

People above me were very loud. I could hear them through the thin floor ( I was on the first floor ).

Great hotel to be when a good swell is hitting Santa Cruz. This is my go to place. Clean, quick and near all the breaks on the West Side.

I liked the location to beach.

I heard every noise all night and morning.

Construction crews working on hotel.housekeepers. Laundry room. Guests were rowdy and I stayed on Tuesday night!

Convenient location, you can walk everywhere. The size of the room is fine, also for a family of 4.

A lot of noises from others rooms, up and down. They provide earplugs in every room!

Very convenient for a family since is at walking distance from everything you need. The rooms are clean and in well equipped of towels and comforts. The breakfast was good, but I would like to see fresh fruit and espresso coffee. In this way would be perfect for the whole family.

Neighborhood was intimidating.

The hotel could use a "makeover."

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good location. The hotel rooms could use a bit of updating...there were some water damage stains on the ceiling and I think there was wallpaper on the walls. But, overall, a good experience for the price!

Room was clean and quiet.

The " high speed Internet " was a figment of the hotel's imagination.

The suite was clean and quiet. The bedroom had a view of the soccer field. The continental breakfast wasn't very appealing. No fruit, no yogurt, no juice, there weren't enough bowls.
