They treat PriceLine customer like 2nd class citizens. When you get there, you have to pay extra fees.

Not good for business travelers. At least they stopped construction going tonight.
Charged me eight facility fee which the morning staff did credit portion back says no one has told me about it. Restaurant overpriced. Out-of-the-way location.

When staying in the Eatontown area-I will not use Priceline again since I ended up in this hotel.

They were having construction which was not mentioned by Priceline. A dog was barking until 11. Then they charged me $13 resort fee, for this broken down, outdated hotel.

Do not stay here. Long brach is all boarded up, and they make no mention of that or constructive.

No the rooms are truly unaccertable No working phone hairdryer and an ancient T V. The bed cloathes were nasty and the bottom sheet didn't come within two feet of the bottom of the mattress The hotel was at best a one star Badly in need of a complet

Clean room, clean bath, state of the art for the 1980's so a bit out of date, but hardly a problem. Superb location on the Long Branch boardwalk, great for runners, walkers, etc. I'd pick it again for that.

Hotel is very nice compared to many in the area.
Very unfriendly service by the bar staff.

This would have been a nice hotel maybe if it were in season. Bar staff was incredibly rude as I was their only client, bartender actually said nothing to me other than the cost of the beer. Room was great and bed was very comfy, aside from the jack hammer that went off at 7:30 am. Apparently they were fixing the balconies at the hotel and didn't share that info upon check in. They offered to move me to another floor but the entire tower was being worked on. Absolutely unbelievable they would even book rooms with that kind of construction. There aren't a lot of choices in Asbury or on the shore in that part of New Jersey, but I would never go back and can't believe that hotel is even in business.

People were friendly.
Not up to my expectations. It was OK for cleanliness and food pricey for that level. Amenities were OK but not exceeding the expectations.

Looks good for its 3 star may b 2.5 stars. It was OK for the price we paid.

The hotel charged us a resort fee which was not disclosed when we booked the room. This is off season for the resort.

The restaurant wasn't even open. We couldn't utilize anything the resort has to offer, so really made us mad that they charged a resort fee. Also, the lobby is very grand. Entrance is very grand. Everything is grand. But, then, you get up to your room and they are outdated and extremely average. By contrast, our hotel in Weehawken NJ was cheaper, did not charge any extra fees (not even parking), and had magnificent rooms. ...read more
