Location & Price.

Ocean View Hotel is 1 block from the Santa Monica Pier and 3 block (maybee less) from the 3rd Street Promenade shopping - EXCELLENT location and the price couldn't be beat!

Great location!

Way overpriced for the level of quality

This hotel had a fantastic location. It is very close to the water and just a couple of blocks away from the promenade. Parking was very convenient. However, the price definitely did not match the quality level. This is really a motel with a nice lobby.

Received smaller room then originally signed for and lighting was out as well as room amenities offered no compensation until I wrote a letter to manager and it wasn't reasonable.
