Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ojai Rancho Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 27, 2013

My daughter and I took a road trip to celebrate the completion of her internship. I chose this motel style inn because it was affordable, convenient, and the other reviews complimented the staff. No disappointments there! This place is dog friendly with a big back yard for tossing the ball around. The travel kennel fit under the shelving in the sitting area. This is a place to stay if you are not looking for the pampered spa hotel. We enjoyed the ambiance, the mountain views, and cactus landscaping. Little front porch for each room has a table and to chairs. Very close to the road so watch you little ones and pets. The room has a great big flat screen TV with showtime, etc., and internet!. Fridge and microwave, an ice bucket, and two mason jars for drinking. There are nice shops and restaurants within walking distance a half mile down the road. The Episcopal church is a few doors down and has a nice labyrinth. I would definitely stay at the Ojai Rancho Inn again. It was just what I needed to spent some quality time with my wonderful daughter. ...

The new owners are creating a cool community around this hotel. The rooms feature lots of hand-crafted and Made-in-the-USA goods from Southern California designers, which is a neat contrast to the old-school-motel look of the exterior. The walls are a bit thin, it's an old place! But the proprietors seem genuinely interested in making sure you have a good Ojai experience.

The new owners run hotels in Santa Barbara and have a sense of earthy grace in this establishment. It's warm, cozy, private and very comfortable. will gladly stay here again.

It's a cute space, but the details aren't there at all. We froze at night, the coffee they offered in the morning was cold and bad and the bikes they advertised weren't available.
