Quaint, quiet hotel. Walking distance to downtown. Staff not on site 24/7 but provide number to call with any problems.

Condos are 2 blocks from downtown Gatlinburg, and 6 blocks from Convention Center. We walked all over.Refrigerator, stove, microwave, were all used as we brought in our own food before arriving in "expensive" Gatlinburg.

The place was great! A little older but clean, which is more important to me. Walking distance to downtown.

This motel was great. These are privately owned condos. I would recommend looking at the available rooms and call or e-mail the motel with your preference as some of the condos have been remodeled. The kitchen space is small, but who wants to cook on vacation. The location was wonderful- close to all the attractions but in a quite corner. The view of Gatlinburg was awesome. The parking was great, the hotel was cute the office lady was really nice and she said each room was different unfortunatly we had an old room with no modern technology. The room was clean and did not have an odor. They also had WIFI.

The hotel was conveniently located very near the center of town. Most activities and attractions were easily accessible without having to walk a long distance. The view of the foothills of the Smokey's was great from the outside balcony that all rooms have. However, you always seem to get what you pay for. The rooms have not been updated for some time. Painting and carpet updating is long overdue. Repairs need to be made to the door locks to fix and update them. This is the first hotel I have stayed at for a number of years that still used a standard key to open the locks. The heat/air unit did not work on all settings. Excellent hotel, great location. We will stay here again should we return to the area.
