Staff was not helpful in finding hotel. It is difficult to find entrance. Very nice hotel & great location if you need to be downtown. On the check out day, housekeeping staff started knocking on the door at 8:30 & returned again an hour later. Annoying!

Everything about my Priceline experience. Excellent value/great deal, beautiful hotel in a perfect location... And as a bonus, they allow pets.
Nothing!
My only piece of advice is to park at garage across the street from valet. It's 5$/day as opposed to 25$ at the hotel.

Super helpful staff!! Very accommodating!
We rented bikes and the hotel kept them overnight for us for two night. They called the bike rental place, Barton Springs (which was also great!!) to pick the bikes up after we left. We could easily walk from Omni most places we wanted to go - but having bikes was by far the highlight and best way to see the city.

Very well situated and located. The bell staff was very nice and helpful. Bed was very comfortable
The room was not ready at 3:00 as it is supposed to be & they had nothing else available so I had to sit in the lobby, no offer of water or anything. Rooms are small, & face out into office buildings so if you open the currents office workers can look in
Reasonably nice hotel. Front desk staff I found to be cold and unhelpful. Bell staff very good. See what I didn't like to learn about the rooms.

Great location, very clean and comfortable.
Hotel was nice. The front desk came off as they were doing me a big favor changing the room from one king bed to two queens, but otherwise very pleasant.

The room was below average. I've stayed in better at half the price.
Location is very busy, room below average. I requested double beds over the phone but when we arrived the hotel said they did not have any.
