Great location!
Room did smell musty...Parking wasn't easy to navigate.

I read other reviews before I booked and they are all pretty spot on!

Good bedding, modern sheets. Clean. Good service, really friendly staff.
The furniture, fixtures were really old. We were surprised that this was a 4 star rated hotel with how outdated the furniture, etc was. I have not seen furniture this old in a 4 star rated hotel in long time. Needs soundproofing bc next to a club.

Hotel was centrally located and conveniently next to the mall. The downside was that it was really loud at night and the windows are not sound proofed. We were really surprised that this hotel had been rated as a 4 star- all the fixtures, furniture and carpet were really really outdated. The hotel desperately needed a renovation. We had stayed at the Westin (another 4 star) the night before and don't think these two hotels could really be compared. However, it was clean and comfortable with a flat screen TV. There was good bedding and modern sheets. I guess we booked with an ExpressDeal and were a bit disappointed with what we expected to be a 4 star but was really more of a 3-3.5 star. ...read more

The best deal about this hotel was the location. It is in the heart of Charlotte and easy access to everything.

The hotel had a great location and the staff was helpful.
The shower water was luke warm. When we first checked in the tv cabinet had a broken leg and we were moved to another room. The windows in room completely fogged up when we took showers. There was poor ventilation.

Location, location, location. Great staff, too.
Parking is $15/day. Parking spots are tiny. Difficult to find spots during the week.

This property is aging, but doing so with some grace. The big plus here is the location to all things uptown.

I bidded for a four star hotel on Priceline, this was one of the worst four star hotels I have ever visited. This should be remove from Pricelines four star listing, my wife was very disappointed with the Omni hotel room in Charlotte, NC.

We were very happy with our room, location and friendliness of the staff. It is a beautiful hotel and the location could not have been better.
Actually, we were very happy with everything .

The location is perfect for shopping, for comfort, for any occasion in Charlotte. We will definitely stay there on our next trip.
