Great location near Sundance, lovely public spaces, hotel restaurants and bars, and rooftop pool.

There was some noise coming from a nearby room at 4:00am, but the hotel security addressed it and slid a breakfast buffet comp under our door for the following morning. Very professional and well handled. We'll plan to stay at the Omni again next time we're in Ft. Worth.

Yes, for the approximate 10 hours that we were at the hotel, the valet parking person damaged the car by hitting a fence. Additional time was required to deal with the associated paperwork and now, having the car repaired. Won't go back.

The staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful.
The pool is extremely small and was overcrowded the entire time we were there. We tried to grab drinks at the pool bar and were able to actually get seats at the bar, however we sat there for 20 mins and were never even acknowledged.

Not a pleasant experience. This reservation was for my girlfriend and I...we broke up 5 days before and I had a nonrefundable reservation...I will never do that again!

The hotel was extremely clean, staff was professional. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice.
It's just inconvenient when you stay downtown. Parking is off site or you have to valet. There's nothing that can be done about that! While walking to dinner, we were suddenly approached by some guy who asked us for money. A little scary.

The hotel is immaculate, comfortable and well taken care of. It's a busy place, lots of cars and people in the valet area. We checked in very quickly though, plenty of staff at front desks. Elevators run quickly. For a busy and large hotel it was still quiet on our floor. Plenty of hot water immediately available in bathroom. Coffee pots in rooms. Bedding was nice, clean and comfortable. We checked out on Mother's Day and were surprised that the staff was handing out roses to all the Moms. Everyone greeted us with "Happy Mother's Day!" Nicely done! One more thing, I was surprised to see someone with their dog in the lobby. Guess they accept dogs, too! ...read more

The rooms were fantastic, the Bar in the hotel was huge with two Pool Tables. The Restaurant service was great and the Sunday Brunch was exceptional. The Staff was very nice and extremely helpful.
There was nothing to complain about this Hotel.

The Bar was awesome and the staff were great. The Pool's bar was fully stocked and the Bartender was great with great conversation. The Hotel Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The Hotel is in the heart of downtown Ft. Worth within a short walk of the downtown nightlife and an 8 dollar cab ride from the Stock Yards.
