The hotel is in a reat spot for events that are held downtown. We couldn't ask for anything better.

located near the Jacksonville landing
no free parking, room to small and without patio, shower leaked water throughout bathroom to room carpet and was told all rooms had the same problems. Too much staff seeking to make tips without asking for service.

Really great staff. Valet was so eager to help me into my car, and I didn't even tip that much. Young girl and man, really started my day off nicely.

The rooms were average, but not what I expected for a 4 star.
Yes, If a hotel is considered 4 star, I would like to know that it has free parking and microwave/refrigerator in the room also.

The stay was pleasant but it's not what I would consider a 4 or 5 star.
