Hotel Guest Reviews of the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 17, 2013

I was skeptical about doing the blind express deal but boy am I glad I did. What a steal! Pool was like bath water. Room was immaculate. Location to Bourbon Street was superb!

Great location. Parking very expensive. Fancy decor. No complimentary internet or breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. If I paid anywhere near the usual price I would have been let down. For the price I paid, it was a pretty good deal.

This hotel is perfectly located in the French Quarter. Staff is very attentive. The restaurant that is attached is one of the best, too! It's an old hotel that looks the part of the old style, but the rooms are beautifully remodeled. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time at the Omni Royal Orleans and it was a great experience! When checking in, we were offered a larger room for free and weren't treated differently because we were Priceline customers. I say this b/c some of the staff at The Saint Hotel were snarky about us booking with Priceline and it was such a headache dealing with them. I've been using Priceline for years and have never been treated like that before. Complete opposite experience here - will definitely be back at the Omni! ...

excellent location, also in terms of the parades that keep happening; they all seem to take a turn around that hotel, so you may do great just waiting around the hotel! Excellent amenities such as coffee shops, bars, restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Go to Johnny Po-boys a block away for a fabulous inexpensive breakfast experience. Best biscuits ever. This hotel was in the heart of everything and beautifully appointed. It was very clean and a tremendous value.
