Hotel Guest Reviews of the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 4, 2013

This is a 4 star hotel. The room was not extravagant but extremely clean and comfortable. Make sure you hang your do not disturb sign if you don't want an 8am wake-up call from housekeeping. Best hotel I've stayed at in New Orleans so far. Worth every penny. Make sure you bring extra money for tips and parking.

Rooms are a lot smaller than it appears online, but this is a nice hotel in a nice area. I would stay there again. Loved the roof top view!

I was skeptical about doing the blind express deal but boy am I glad I did. What a steal! Pool was like bath water. Room was immaculate. Location to Bourbon Street was superb!

This hotel is perfectly located in the French Quarter. Staff is very attentive. The restaurant that is attached is one of the best, too! It's an old hotel that looks the part of the old style, but the rooms are beautifully remodeled. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time at the Omni Royal Orleans and it was a great experience! When checking in, we were offered a larger room for free and weren't treated differently because we were Priceline customers. I say this b/c some of the staff at The Saint Hotel were snarky about us booking with Priceline and it was such a headache dealing with them. I've been using Priceline for years and have never been treated like that before. Complete opposite experience here - will definitely be back at the Omni! ...
