Family Traveling with Young Children
The view was nice, the service was quick and friendly. They brought up a mini fridge upon request. The room was comfortable, but amazingly there weren't flat screen TV's.

Couple
The shower next door was so loud in our suite we could not have a conversation without raising our voices. The entry was a postage stamp for the size of the hotel. The staff was helpful and understanding when we wanted to change rooms because of the train noise at night. Apparently it was an ongoing problem. Tiny lobby, dirty carpets in floor lobby. Central location.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The Omni San Diego is an excellent place to stay with or without kids. The location is perfect right next to Petco Park and walking distance from the main drag in downtown. The extra perks like cookies & milk for the kids and their pack were great. We also received complimentary juice and coffee in the morning.

Family Traveling with Teens
This hotel is conveniently located and nice. The bed was comfortable. The valet parking was $35. Crazy. The female staff was not friendly but the male staff was very nice.

This hotel is great! location is amazing and the beds were so comfy. Best of all was the accommodating staff. They let us use the freezer for a box of fish we were bringing back from Mexico and were just super nice!

The Omni is definitely a 4 star facility. The staff is a huge asset and every single staff member we came in contact with was helpful, friendly, respectful and a pleasure to deal with.
