The hotel was impressive from the moment that we drove up. We were greeted immediately by the valet. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location within walking distance to AT&T stadium, North Beach and Union Square. I loved the champange too!

The rooms, service and staff were very good.
The valet parking for this part of the city was very pricy. For 2 rooms the price could have been waived.

The rooms were spacious the service was good. Only complaint was the smell, it was definitely not pleasant on the lobby. As far as amenities for a hotel that size in the financial district parking or wireless could have been made free. The wired internet was free if you are a preferred member. The location was pretty impressive, lots of restaurants around and close to China town and ferry building too. ...read more

The batroom door. Not very private

Cant believe I got the Hotel half price. I did cal in advance and ask for a king and I got two doubles. But I did get complimentery champagne and strawberries

Very helpful staff. Meg was great!

The hotel is in a fantastic place that is close to shopping, boutiques and restaurants. The staff is awesome. They are very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing!
