Hotel Guest Reviews of the Omni William Penn Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

This hotel is in a great location. It's right downtown, and within walking distance to Consol Energy Center, PNC Park, and Heinz Field. The Taproom is a nice place for a quick drink or a decent meal, and the Terrace serves a wonderful breakfast buffet. The public rooms are stunning, but the hotel's best attribute is the staff. They are unfailingly friendly, and they go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. ...

Very comfortable hotel and very clean. Would recommend self-parking in the garage across the street. Convenient location and less than half the cost of valet. Definitely would stay here again.

Luxurious hotel. Take time to explore, especially the ballroom on the top floor. Very convenient to many Pittsburgh attractions. We parked in the garage behind the hotel for $5.
