Noise was the major issue. Walls pounding due to bass at a night club located within the building went until 3 am. That was very annoying when trying to get a good night's rest. We called the front desk twice nothing changed and the manger on the second call basically told me too bad the party goes until 3. Really not acceptable for a hotel listed as 4 star. A 4 star hotel should be clean and quiet allowing guests to sleep. Very disappointed in the hotel and in Priceline for giving it such a high rating. ...

Solo Traveler
The Hotel and Staff are amazing. We were offered bottled water &/or juice while checking in, and they upgraded us to a larger room because I was travelling with my father. Our room was very clean and modern. Staff brought a bucket of ice and filtered water to our room and left candy on our beds. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.
