Excellent location and wonderfully historical atmosphere - a rarity in Dubai.
No WiFi, the breakfast seemed like leftovers from the day before and was held in the hotel's extremely hot courtyard.
The Orient Guesthouse is a rarity in Dubai. It is one of the only hotels in a historical building that provides a real sense of Dubai's past. I have stayed in numerous hotels in Dubai and this one was by far the most atmospheric. It has the charm of a guesthouse, which is a welcome break from the international chain hotels everywhere in Dubai.
