I went with my parents and my mother can not walk to far. I loved the convenience of being off the strip, and the hotel had plenty to offer right there. We had a beautiful visit and had a lot of fun playing the slots!!

Very large for an off the strip casino with many things to do instead of gambling. Only 10 min to the strip by a free shuttle!!! Free valet parking!
A little too dark but the theme is New Orleans. Could be brightened up a bit!
Got a VERY good price of
xxx for a room but that was for an over-nite stay. Coming back from San Fran was able to get 3 nites for
xxx per, so it averaged out very nicely!!!!

Easy access off road and close to downtown, easy entrance into check in, loved having to show room key to entry elevator, safety

The event we were in Las Vegas to attend was being held at the Orleans Hotel so that it was very convenient for us.
The hotel did not have a room available in the configuration for which we had a confirmed reservation.
The hotel does not have sufficient elevators to handle the guests - almost everytime you had to wait in line to get on an elevator

The location is not convenient to the Strip. The staff in the hotel is not friendly and on several occasions was very rude. The food is nothing special and the service was consistently very slow. There is sufficient parking but it is not close to the rooms. The hotel is not well laid out and the facilities were not well planned. For one arcade area, children who are using the arcade needed to go to another floor just to use a restroom. According to the staff, there is only one drinking fountain available for the lower two floors of the hotel and the casino. We will never stay there again and will attempt to convince the organizers of our event to never schedule an event there again. ...
