This hotel's proximity to the Osaka station is its biggest appeal. It also has a great breakfast. However, the rooms were disappointing and not on par with other Hilton hotels. In addition, the attitude of the receptionists was quite poor.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. My only complaint is that the in room air conditioning control does not work. I reported this but was told that an engineer said it was fine. I suspect it is set at a standard temperature to conserve energy but a 5 star hotel should allow individual control of the temperature.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful decor. The money I spent to stay there was well worth it.
