The hotel is near my work location. The staff is friendly.
Does not have a restaurant. And the one next to it is expensive but not good.

The staff were friendly to me. the room was clean. However, the air conditioner was not working. The hotel has no food delivery service, and the restaurant next to it is expensive and so-so. It is over-rated.

Nice clean rooms.
The location was not the best, but it worked out ok.

The hotel is clean and the service is great. They have parking underground and they park the car for you at no charge, so no overnight parking fees. The room was large with two double beds nice and clean.

Great location for seeing events at the Wiltern, going to LACMA

My wife and I had a great time at the Oxford Palace. We stayed two nights and the hotel exceeded our expectations. We were there to see Jack White at the Wiltern both nights and it was the perfect location. During the day we ventured to nearby vegan restaurant Cafe Gratitude, LACMA and the La Brea Tar Pits. Very comfortable bed, spacious & clean bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. From providing change for the valet parking to using the lobby computers, they were very efficient and easy to work with. The room was much better than the price conveyed. I figured it would be an OK room, but it turned out to be a lot more than expected. My only disappointment was the absence of English newspapers. Being only fluent in English, Korean newspapers did me no good. ...read more

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful.
The sushi restaurant in the hotel was nice, but the food at the actual hotel was not good. Plus the beds were very uncomfortable.

Clean hotel which is in a central/convenient location with parking availability - both excellent and important to me.
Lacks western style eating facilities.

Excellent free parking. Room was clean and fresh. Met my expectations, I have no complaints and it was good value for the price.

Courteous and helpful staff. Location in the heart of Korea town. Free valet parking.
No jacuzzi.

Very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I had no issues with any part of our stay.
