Hotel Guest Reviews of the Palace Station Hotel And Casino
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 2, 2013

The price was good but next time I think I'll pay a little more and stay somewhere a little more clean and maintained. The area was ok, it was off the strip so there isn't so much chaos, but it is in a sort of run down part of town

Just restaurant people and customer service at Casino did a job well. We were never explained about players card and benefits of it until other guests told us. Ladies who issued cards were nice and helpful, other than that misery! Never again Priceline, will unsubscribe to you ASAP!

Off the strip; very outdated and in desperately in need up updating. Moderately clean. No elavator/ escalator in the "Courtyard" section and no A/C in hallways. We had to drag our luggage up and down stairs (nearly fell carrying heavy luggage down the stairs). We were extremely disappointed in our experience there and would certainly never return nor recommend it to anyone.

The staff and manager's comments about my complaint was outrageous. They suggested to get whatever they had or go somewhere to look for other hotels. It was 9:00pm. It was humiliating experience to compromise the non-sense with the given circumstances. First of all, the offer was not my choice, but they put it out on the market. I found it unaccountable after all. Second, I came to the hotel based on the condition of my reservation and payment. (No contingencies are acknowledged during the on-line purchase unless somebody show me otherwise) Last, no room may be even available when the they are all full at their convenience regardless of the "on-line reservation." I might have looked for other places or sleep on street if it occurred. The lesson learned. "You get what you pay for!" ...
