Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Palazzo Resort Hotel And Casino
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(9) | Solo Traveler(6) | Traveling as Couple(54) | Family with Young Children(5) | Family with Teens(3) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(23)

Beautiful location but did not like the idea that a $28 per day resort fee was added to the bill although I offered a price through priceline and thought that would include all charges.

The room was what it was shown to be, very comfortable and luxurious. But the staff that served us was excellent and that was what sold me on this hotel
Hard to find ice for the rooms, no refrigmto use to store essentials only pay to use items
Very nice rooms and the staff was excellent. Would book again

Just a beautiful place to stay... rooms, pool, casino all very nice... rooms were HUGE, and beautifully decorated.
Only that moast of the pool was shaded from sun until about noon. Could just be the time of year though (June 3)
Outstanding experience. Rooms were unbelievable.

The room, the decoration and the shoppings.
The swimming pool is amazingly crowded and the beer and the casino bar is expensive.
