location is great
Had to change rooms due to bad bed in first one, but the manageger made it all good.

It is a time share place so be aware you will be approached to go to a presentation with a $100 carrot held in front of you.

Location, location, location
Staff, particularly pool and beach are too rough around the edges, made my family uncomfortable. weird hair, tatoos, men's bathing suits down too low. Is this a pick up hotel, too much flirting and too little customer care. I would change them out.

We had asked for an Island/partial ocean view, which consisted on a first floor parking lot view. Very disappointed in the view, or lack there of.

Indoor Staff was nice enough but nothing spectacular. The beach and tiki bar staff were friendly and fun.

It was close to the beach.
My room had a stale smell.

The location near the beach was great! Construction near the pool was bothersome. Overall the location was worth the money paid.

Staff friendly and helpful, setting beautiful, rooms exceptional, a truely relaxing experience
food and food service was awful

A true resort. The pictures on the web do not do it justice. You are made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful. Really worth the title of a vacatin resort.

Timeshare so it get pushed a lot.
