Hotel Guest Reviews of the Palm Mountain Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 21, 2013

The location is great! I requested a king bed after we arrived and they accommodated our request. The hotel practically borders the mountain and the view is lovely. The property is a little old and the beds a little used, but it's worth it just to be right by all the action.

I love old Palm Springs, not La Quinta, not Palm Desert. One block off downtown with all resteraunts, shops and lots of activities. I will stay here again.

Hotel a bit dated and smelled moldy. It is in the center of town and everything is within walking distance.

XXX for 2 nights.. When I checked in I was charged XXX. I was like what is the extra $116 for? They said oh that's tax! That was very disheartening.
Great location and decent room size and clean

Lots to do nearby- there's a street fair on Thursdays so you get some local flavor. Soak city is only 5 miles away and they have a fridge and microwave so traveling with a family is easy.

High value for the price. The hotel is located a block away from downtown Palm Springs and great places to eat, yet is quiet. Great views of the mountains next door. The grounds were kept clean and fresh-looking, the pool area was great (nice that it was also heated as the nights we were there in March got cool), very kid-friendly. The staff was particularly helpful, professional, and courteous. Only thing I wish it had was a continental breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel; great ammenities for what you pay. ...

The rooms in this hotel have been very nicely upgraded. We were disappointed they took the restaurant away, but being so close to town we didn't have to walk far. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
