Hotel Guest Reviews of the Palm Springs Tennis Club
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 17, 2013

I can't wait to go back. the Palm Springs Tennis club is a hidden treasure. The beauty of the mountains, and the perfectly manicured grounds make you feel as though your in paradise. The room was perfect! so clean. The whole experience was incredible. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was great. I never felt bothered or disturbed. They even supply fee laundry service. I also felt very safe and secure as well. ...

TV channel reception, was a big turn-off. Room very distant from pool.
Except for the distant location of the room from the pool, and poor
TV reception quality - it was ok.

This hotel/resort was by far, the best experience I've had in many, many years. The one-bedroom unit I stayed in was extremely clean and absent of any cleaning product smells or tobacco smoke, leaving it exceptionally fresh smelling. All of the rooms (bed, bath, living room, and kitchen) were very spacious, good security, reserved parking for my room. I will recommend this hotel/resort to my friends and plan to stay here again when I return to Palm Springs. It's a keeper!
