Hotel Guest Reviews of the Dream South Beach
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.November 22, 2012

First they but us in a room with a broken window that bring the noise from out side! Also the Had construction and some one was hitting with the humor on over wall,
the sounds was like a boom! I just couldn't believe this noise and they still want us to stay with them
after that I want to the manager and explained the situation and she apologized to mush and moved us directly to another room, but this is not every thing! I told her to send someone to pick up the luggage to the new room !! and no body came after more than 15 min waiting !! I decided to take them by my self ! I paid more than 200 for that hotel and I aware it was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had with this price ! I will never ever come back to them. ...

I was really happy with everything about our stay here. The staff were so nice, and accommodated all of our needs. The rooms were very clean, and comfortable. The rooms are very blue, and at first, we weren't sure what to think about that, but in the end it really grew on us, and we found ourselves missing the blue shower when we returned home. This would be my only complaint about the hotel, better lighting in bathroom, or dressing table area. Maybe think about adding a make-up mirror (for those of us who like to apply makeup, it is hard to do this in the room!). The pool area is really nice too! Intimate, and clean, with beautiful views (day and night time) and a great bar. Overall a really great place to stay in South Beach, next time I am there, I am staying here!

Beautiful decor! Super comfortable!
I absolutely loved my experience at Dream. The elevator was notably awesome, the carpeting in halls was cool, lights in the floors outside the door were neat, and the room... Simply beautiful. The light buttons require some playing with. We were laughing about never figuring them out by the time we left. The shower is my favorite part. Clear bathroom doors are fine because of additional privacy doors to room. I could not be happier. ...
