good location
odd design - have to take elevator to lobby on 4th fl, then change elevators to get to rooms. Had a hot water problem in my room that they claimed to fix while i was out, but was unfixed - had to ask for new room. felt they should have just done that

Rooms were small and beds hard. Parking was ridiculous.
Close to Arlington and for the price it was OK. Small rooms, overpriced parking and hard beds. Linen was nice and shower was good.

Everything was very comfortable, clean, and convenient. The staff was very nice. The outdoor patio definitely set it apart.
Definitely took advantage of the complimentary wine hour from 5-6 pm. Everything was really nice and decorated very uniquely.

Great location with helpful staff.
Very upscale hotel for a great price. Rooms/hotel were very clean. Location fantastic for all sites. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely make this our hotel choice when visiting the area.

Right off 66 the location was nice in the heart of Arlington action and just across the bridge from Georgetown.
One of the parking attendants were very helpful, the other two stayed in the office to keep warm.
Parking fees were reasonable for the week-end. Not much room for vehicles at the entryway turn-about. The deskman said that room service was 24hrs, to find out (the hard way) room service dinner ended at 9:30pm on a Friday night, only sandwiches and salads were available, very mediocre food.

Windows were filthy inside and outside. smeared bugs on inside, outside looked like never been washed.4star hotel and resturant is not open on Sun. night???parking next door in public lot is not equal to Hyatt just 2 blocks away where we stayed before
walk to the Hyatt for a nice coffee bar that is affordable.not too close to anything except Metro stop.if you bring a car you have to pay every time you go somewhere. not worth staying here to me..

Convenient location to Metro system and helpful staff
Didn't like room in floor 5 that do not have open view. Room window completely blocked by building structure and did not see city view at all. Make sure to request for room in floor 6 or above in order to see city view.
Parking fee is quite expensive during weekday. For weekend, it's reasonable for 18$ per day.

Nice location, a little over 2 miles away from the mall
Unless you use valet parking, you have to pay each time you going in and out of self parking.
