This is my favorite place to stay when I am in Dallas. The staff are lovely, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are large and very clean, comfy beds. They have a nice free wine reception every afternoon, which is great, and I love the shuttle service.
Everything was fine!

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. Every time is a pleasure. My daughter got a message at the spa and she loved it - the therapist very professional and knowledgable.

This was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in! The rooms were great, pretty average size but super clean and very comfortable. Great pool area and Staff was very nice and the common areas were AMAZING!
the only thing that i didn't like about this place is that they don't offer a parking area. You have to park valet in their garage for $24.90 a night (after tax) or park and walk AWAYS from the hotel.

The Palamar Dallas hotel is a class act with the small things that really matter...attentive staff, not too big, not too small, recently redecorated like new, clean, quiet and a calming feeling everywhere, including the lobby with a beautiful living room/fireplace on one side and a waterfall with seating on the other. Standard room was twice the size of a standard room elsewhere with a comfortable living room in addition to king size bed and nice bathroom. Everyone we met knew about the Palamar and were impressed we were staying there. Cafe Express, Starbucks and LaMadeleine and shopping across the street. Valet parking seemed the standard. Located on Central Expressway, a very busy freeway, a few miles from downtown, but hotel very serene and quiet. Located across the street from SMU (Southern Methodist University), 10 mins from downtown and medical center. Close to Uptown as well as Park Cities. Will definitely stay there again! ...read more

the service was impeccable at this hotel. the location was extremely convenient, as well. i enjoyed the spa that was associated with the hotel...had one of the best massages i've ever had!
the room was adequate, but nothing more than that. it was small and had a strong perfumed smell.

i would definitely stay at this hotel again,because it was conveniently located near SMU, the knox/henderson area, where there are many great restaurants and shopping areas....also very near northpark mall, which is a great mall! the service was excellent here and that is really important to me, so again would recommend and stay at this hotel again. i would request an upgrade to a larger room next time. ...read more

The staff member who checked us in was great! There is a house car and they shuttled us to and from our restaurant. Everyone was very helpful.

This is a good hotel. Very clean, very hip, good staff, very knowledgeable. I am going to return and check out the spa.

Great location. Lobby, staff very helpful. Delicious coffee in the lobby.
$25 parking fee

Very close to shopping and SMU. The hotel has a car service that is available to take you to local sites. So if you don't have a car, you are able to be dropped off at say Northpark Mall for a day of shopping, an office meeting, or SMU campus.
