Paramount Motel Pocono

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just to look at the outside was scary.

You get what you pay for here. The owner did not want to honor the price offered via Priceline and attempted to claim they were already sold out. I had booked 2 nights and they eventually agreed to let me stay for 1 night, then claimed they were booked. The owner did not want to honor the price and claimed he was stepping in the back to settle a score with Priceline for listing an incorrect price. The place was fine for the price I paid, just got a lot of hassle from the owners. The room was clean and comfortable. For an older motel, I thought it was pretty decent. The guy in the office is an incredible asset, as he was super nice, and helpful during our visit.

The owners were very nice, showed us 3 rooms to pick from. rooms were dated but clean. windows opened for fresh air.

When We got there it was a little scary but the rooms were nice n clean. It is an older place but for the price was right. There was a pool that We did not use but it looked clean. Just looking for a place to stay at for the race. I would def recommend this place and stay at it again.

Called ahead to confirm reservation and they did not have me on the list. I drove by the location and was actually glad they did not confirm my reservation. The place was run down and looked frightening from the outside.
