Hotel Guest Reviews of the Paris Las Vegas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 29, 2012

While in an excellent location, I was very disappointed in the dated rooms, especially knowing this property is only about 14 years old. The mattress was very soft. The wooden frame of the love seat was coming apart. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom had such a limited range that it gave a 'warped' reflection if not standing exactly 6" from mirror. Hair dryer wouldn't blow out candles on a cake. No exhaust fan. Refrigerator apparently was at one time a mini-bar, now it's just empty. Older TV. On the plus side, bathroom was large. Shower stall separate from tub. Eiffel Tower Restaurant is exceptional. My husband was quite pleased with the pool area. Lobby area restaurants, shops, all very nice. ...

Overall, the hotel was a pleasant experience, really shows signs of deferred maintenance - needs some serious updating like painting, re-grouting bathrooms, carpets need serious cleaning, the chairs in the casino bar need to be replaced -- very dirty. Found that housekeeping was not very efficient in removing used dinner trays from the hallways, one sat out pretty much 24 hours even though when going to room at one point there were at least 6-7 housekeepers in the hallway - you would think that at one would expend the effort to pick up the tray. Staff was pleasant, the Le Roundivouz (Sp) lounge ran out of food very early - disappointed in that they charged me for this. To be honest I do not see myself returning to the Paris, I think I will try something a little different. The pool area was terrible, offered really no visible shaded areas, it was all concrete and very hot.

I've stayed at the Imperial Palace (disgusting) and the Flamingo (multiple times). The Paris beats these both in terms of feel, but also AT&T cell phone reception (sorry, but it's a consideration of mine for business). Mon Ami Gabi is a surprisingly good restaurant, and the casino is small enough to make getting out of the Paris easy. It's very walkable over the pedestrian bridge to the Bellagio and Ceasars. Good location, friendly staff, tasty food, I'll be coming back. ...

super slow. Unacceptably slow.
Biggest complaint would be the extremely slow lines at the reception. For checking in and when my key card didn't work and had to get it re coded the lines weren't really long, but they went so slow.
