Hotel Guest Reviews of the Paris Las Vegas

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Reserved room w/king bed, got 2 queens. Said could switch us out after 1st day, but it was too much trouble for us personally (spouse with cane; too much walking difficult)

Was upgraded to a Red Room with spectacular view of the Vegas Strip. The room was updated and clean.

If you have a choice, opt for the Red Room. Has excellent view of the Vegas strip. The Hotel itself is located in the middle of the vegas strip near everything!!!

Nice & romantic hotel but not for kids; however, great location, you can walk to most places.
The lobby should have couches for people to sit while waiting for family members/friends to check in. I was kind of dissapointed thay the hotel didnt have a Jacuzzi. Not many restaurants inside the hotel either.

Overall, great hotel, great staffs, especially the valet staffs, I checked out on 4/14, the valet guy asked me how my stay was & if I needed help with luggages & asked me to come back again soon. I thought that was nice & sweet. He helped me carried 2 luggages.

It is a nice casino to stay at.
I waited in line a long time for my check-in, it was a Saturday evening. They needed more staff at check-in.

I enjoyed our stay, it is a beautiful casino to stay at.

This hotel was a great central location
This hotel is starting to show some age. The wooden closets in the room were starting to look warn and pieces had fallen off. There was some water damage in the hallway. the overall look and feel was that of an over used under maintained hotel

Rooms Great, Location just right.
Iwas charged $20.00 per day Resort Fee. At check-in I was told this had to be paid in cash. Each time I used the Spa I had to remind them that I had paid a Resort Fee but had to sign a fee slip for the Spa.Final bill shows $22. Resort Fee for 4 days

Do not accept a Resort Fee charge on check-in that has to be paid up-front in cash. This must be a Scam by a front desk clerk. This also makes Spa usage a Hassle because they want to charge $25 per day usage. This requires an explanation how you paid on check-in and use of a different sign-in method. They made the whole Resort Fee thing an unnessary HASSLE.

Location to other sites was great. We had a super view from our roon overlooking the strip. Very impressed with the bathroom. Decor of room did not match the pictures, however the room was nice and housekeeping did well. Carpet a bit worn.
Failed to inform us there was an early check in fee. Its either pay the fee or sit around and wait, guarding your luggage. I found the staff from the perfume shop annoying, everytime you went by they shoved something at you.

We enjoyed our stay. Did bring our own soft drinks, had a refrigerator. Would have liked to have a map of the strip.Used the monorail to go to MGM then walked back. Same with the Wynn. Had a fun ride on the bus to Fremont St. but they announce it as something else, and we missed getting off at the right place. Vegas only caters to people that have lots of money to spend, not the average guy. ...read more

The location on the strip was excellent and the place was clean.
The Beds were 1 1/2 to 2 start hotel beds in a 4 star hotel. Sleeping in these beds was not a good experience. We had to change rooms 3 times just to find a more comfortable bed and it was still not great. The way the rooms were set up was not good.

Great for location on the strip but not good for comfort. I really do not know how anyone can tolerate the beds at the Paris, it was like sleeping on the box springs mattress only. The Room Layout is not very good either, they have the TV mounted on the wall off set the bed and the small love seat in the room is an uncomfortable antique style that is not even comfortable to sit on and way outdated. All the furnishing of the rooms including the bed are all low quality and its evident that they scrimped in this area. The Rio also has a 4 Star Rating and yet they have amazing furnishings and beds, but the Paris being a 4 Star rating is hard to believe, at the most I could see the Paris being rated is a 3 Star, its obvious that they went cheap on furnishing and comfort. Your only advantages are that it was clean and its a great location, the rest of the Casino was nice and Dueling piano bar was excellent. ...read more

Room was spacious and beautifully decorated.
Food is very expensive, even if you're just buying coffee and a croissant. It was $20 for two plain coffees and three pastries.

The hotel is gorgeous, and the interior of the casino and promenade look like the streets of Paris.
