The pool is very nice and is right at the base of the Eiffel Tower.
The staff was AWFUL & didn't know anything about their own hotel! The manager didn't know that there was supposed to be a "couch shaped like plumped lips" in our room, even though it's on their website, & a cashier YELLED at me then threatened me.

DO NOT STAY HERE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & YOU WILL NOT GET THE ROOM YOU THINK YOU'RE GETTING! Then, if they screw you over, they won't even do anything for you for compensation--you just have to deal with the fact that they screwed you and you didn't get the room you wanted, or the service you expected.

The Eiffel Tower view was the best part of the hotel
The location on strip was nice

It was an ok experience. For the price I expected more. Didn't have view of anything other than the back road. I like that the room was clean.

No tooth brush, no bathrobe House keeping people are very rude.

Location is perfect. I saw they have 4stars, so decided to stay but so disappointed at their service. When I went to the front desk, my reservation was canceled somehow. I had no idea because I already got confirmation email. I asked them if there is any room for us, but the lady said they are completely full. I called Priceline ,and they said they will call to hotel and make room for us. Finally we got a small one bed room. I never stay at this hotel, also never use Priceline . ...read more

I was looking for a hotel where we could eat, sleep, and play and Paris Hotel had everything I wanted in one place. Loved that it is right across for the Bellegio Hotel where you can see the water display. And the fact Paris Hotel is centralized on the strip is a plus.

Great location, friendly staff, good restaurants
No coffee maker in the room, was surprised by that. Room did have a mini fridge.

Overall our experience was great, clean room, fairly decent view, quiet. WOuld stay there again.
