I was very disappointed that there wasn't free Internet in the rooms. There was free wifi in the lobby which lead weary travelers to have to sit down in the lobby to handle you travel details..

The hotel was perfect for my family of 4. they allowed us to check in early at about noon after a long travel, gave my husband and I a king room and 2 twins for our sons. Ice and water located outside elevators, metro across street.
the room darkening shade was a little wonk but better than nothing, for the price it was great, i bid on Priceline for the room. It was nice feeling like an American again when we got back each night.

There is a grocery 2 blocks away, the nearby restaurants will kick you out if you try to bring food from the grocery store or another cafe in, no matter if the rest of the family orders food, we found this to be the case all over Paris. Our oldest son is vegan so it was a challenge for us the whole trip as they put cheese on justa bout everything. The Glaciere metro is just across the street which connects to the Denfreau-Rocheraut which connects to the RER B to and from the airport. Staff was freindly and helpful, we did not eat the breakfast, packed our own granola bars and would buy local pastries to have with our in-room coffee, which is instant, but was easy to make. ...read more

The room was roomy and clean, the bath had a full tub and shower and hair dryer, the location didn't look great to begin with, but it was right across from the "metro" and a city block away from the "RER" which gave us quick and easy access to all sites
The hotel was great, staff couldn't do more, very nice and helpful. Also great bakery just up the street! Hotel dining, not great but many choices just up the street.

I really have no negatives re: the hotel, they even had a fridge in the room, so we could bring, milk, fruit and crescent rolls for breakfast, they even had a special rate for a breakfast upgrade... It was a great hotel!

Quiet neighboorhood, very clean and attractive hotel, ready access to Metro, very close to a nice selection of cafes, free fitness club which is accessible at all times.
Internet was expensive and there was no WiFi in public places.

we upgraded to executive room; which made the whole experience excellent otherwise I would have given the hotel a mediocre grade
WiFi at 19.95 euro/day was a rip off. Logging on was difficult and did not work in the first room I was in; also that entitles you to one connection - you cannot use WiFi on your cellphone. If you upgrade to executive rooms you can log on with 6 devices a

The rooms are large by Paris standards ( normal size for the rest of the world) The internet is a problem as it is way too expensive and a total pain in the @@@ to log on. If you opt to upgrade to an executive room things get much better. The shower regulators ( I was in 2 rooms ) do not hold water temperature and it could go from warm to very hot. I think this is a real safety issue. The staff was friendly, the room spotlessly clean. Location is not central - you will need to take the metro a lot but the hotel is close to 2 main change stops which makes it easy.
