Not a damned thing.
They sold my room to someone else. They completely screwed my trip.
Staff was dishonest, condescending, negligent, and incompetent. We had a guaranteed room that was apparently sold to a higher bidder. We were sent to an inferior hotel in a taxi we didn't plan to take, and the taxi driver took off with our luggage in his trunk. We have yet to recover our luggage. We spent the weekend in the same clothes. We went for a concert. Due to the problems with the Park Hyatt not having our room, we were late to the concert and missed part of it, we left early due to my wife not having a jacket, our luggage was lost, and we wasted most of our time unsuccessfully trying to recover our lost luggage which contained several hundred dollars worth of our items, including my Blackberry. I'm extremely unhappy with the Park Hyatt. ...
