Hotel Guest Reviews of the Park Inn By Radisson Dallas Love Field

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. After we were hustled for more money for a up-graded room, everything went fine
The room they gave us initially was really small, didn't have a refrigerator, microwave, was a double bed, and the view out the window was of a wall about 5 feet away...

when we checked in they put us a small room with no refrigerator or microwave, a double bed, and the view out the window was of a wall about 5 feet away. When I went to the desk and asked where the frig and microwave was, they said this was the room that Priceline had booked us into. I Said I have been using Priceline for years and never had this happen before. This is s 3 STAR hotel, I expected a bigger and better room than that. They said they could up-grade us to a suite for
xxx per night. They told me the normal up-grade fee was $30, $15 per night charge and the put us in a great room. So I ended up paying
xxxx per night on a room that I had bid on with Priceline for
xxx I was not a happy camper !!!!!! I hope this isn't some new policy for Priceline, if so I won't be using Priceline any more. Kenny Crump xxxx.

Needed a little remodeling, water collected on the stairs coming from the pool and made floor slick.

clean, good view
no microwaves, no refrigerator, noisy fan/air conditioner,

The hotel doesn't like a 3-star hotel it should be. It does't worth the money.

Common areas we well kept ... but felt like the 80's
Beds uncomfortable. Shower dirty. Rooms had a musty odor

Hotel in need of a major update. Not really run down. Just feels out of date. The sleep number beds were not comfortable at all. The tube TV made me remember why I like flat screen HD. The musty smell coming out of the heat/ac unit made us move rooms to a slightly better smelling room. Only stayed one night and was OK. Would have been very upset if I was staying multiple nights. ...read more

The staff was courteous and resposive. We greatly appreciated their attitudes and cooperation with us being from out of town and fairly 'needy'.
Nope...

There isn't a ton of food near the hotel, but the free shuttle they run allows you easy transport to various locations within 5 miles. The rooms are clean and smoke smell free! I found it to be quite the fantastic experience and a great time was had by all.

Location
The smell of the room was stall and water took a long time to get hot also ran slowly

Give hotel 2.5 stars for location and restaurants otherwise it would be a two star
