Hotel Guest Reviews of the Park Place Hotel Traverse City
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(1) | Solo Traveler(5) | Traveling as Couple(28) | Family with Young Children(7) | Family with Teens(1) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(1)

The hotels in a great location, close to everything downtown.
It's a classy hotel with an old style vibe. Definetly worth checking out.

The double sinks were a welcomed surprise.
The TV remote was difficult to use...it definitely had its own agenda!
I have stayed at the hotel several times over the past forty years and will continue to favor Park Place for its wonderful accommodations and perfect location.

The room I was put in had no working heat and it was 25 degrees outside. The only other rooms available were pet friendly rooms. I am allergic to pet dander. I was originally put in a handicap friendly room they said I booked which I did not.
I did not like how I was treated at the front desk nor the fact that there were no rooms available to meet my needs and the fact that they were so unwilling to accommodate me.

Nice central location and easy to park.
The bathroom had dozens of ants in the shower area and around the toilet. Killed them all but were back the next morning.

Location is fantastic.
This hotel is old and a bit dated. The rooms are small and the bathrooms especially small. It has been reasonably maintained and is very clean, just dated.
We love this hotel primarily because of its location and history.

Great, helpful staff
Totally no fault of the hotel, but the pool heater was broke while we were there. Sad for our kids, as the pool is always the highlight of their stay.
